Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of InvoiceHub. They are deliberately short. If something here seems unfair, tell us — at this size we can actually change it.

This is software, not tax advice

InvoiceHub performs the GST arithmetic and lays your invoice out in a compliant format. It does not check whether the HSN code you chose is the right one for your goods, whether your GSTIN is registered, or whether the rate you applied is correct for your supply.

You are responsible for what you invoice and what you file. If a return is wrong, that is between you and the tax authority, and we cannot be liable for it. Check your setup with your accountant before you rely on it.

Early access and pricing

InvoiceHub is free while in early access. There is no trial timer and no card required.

We intend to introduce paid plans. When we do, everything an early-access account can do on the day paid plans launch stays free for that account — including any feature we later move to a paid tier. We will tell you before anything changes, by email, in advance.

We may set fair-use limits to stop abuse, such as a cap on how fast documents can be generated. These are aimed at scripts, not at people running a business.

Your data is yours

You own everything you put into InvoiceHub. You can download any invoice as a PDF at any time, on any plan, and you can ask us to export or delete your account entirely. We will never hold your records behind a paywall.

Your responsibilities

• Keep your sign-in details to yourself.
• Have the right to hold the client information you enter, and use it only for invoicing those clients.
• Do not use InvoiceHub to issue fraudulent invoices or to break the law.
• Do not attempt to reach data belonging to another business on the service.

Availability

We do not offer a guaranteed uptime figure during early access, and it would be dishonest to publish one. The service runs on managed infrastructure and is backed up nightly, but it may go down, and features may change while we build.

Ending it

You can stop using InvoiceHub whenever you like and ask for your account to be deleted. We may suspend an account that is being used fraudulently, to attack the service, or to reach another business's data — but we will tell you why.

Liability

InvoiceHub is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or tax consequences arising from your use of the service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
